Body Sport® Fusion Ball

The textured surface gives you a solid grip even when my palms get sweaty mid-workout, and it’s small enough to toss in my gym bag without thinking. I’ve been using it for core twists and isometric holds, and it definitely keeps my routine from getting boring.

This little ball has become a staple in my home workouts, especially for core and isometric moves. Its compact size makes it easy to toss in my gym bag, and I’ve noticed a real difference in stability during planks. So happy I finally picked one up.

Took it to the office for quick core breaks between meetings, and the compact size means it doesn’t hog my desk. Works fine for isometric holds, though I wish it came with a small guide for beginners.
